For the past fifteen years, I have worked at some of the world’s prominent technology companies, leading regional Talent Acquisition teams however, my foundation was built at Global recruitment leader, Hays where I spent years in the trenches building capability across GTM, Technical and G&A positions in the technology industry.
This eventually led me to Executive Search where I further refined my capabilities by partnering with ASX100 listed companies to identify, attract and select Executive Level technology leaders.
As my career progressed, I felt the pull of a more vocational direction and transitioned into leadership roles for some of the most influential names in the enterprise technology sector.
In addition to a wonderful time with Red Hat I most recently owned the Talent strategy and execution in JAPAC for Canadian technology giant, OpenText, supporting a workforce of approximately 3,000 employees across 11 countries.
During this time I managed a cross-regional team of Talent Advisors focused on scaling GTM and Technical teams. Under my leadership, we delivered over 2,000 hires to the business.
I leverage this experience to connect my clients and candidates using deep industry knowledge and leading search methodologies
